Job summary

Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Profitability to support analysis, reporting, and improvements in restaurant and franchisee profitability across the LAC region.

You will partner with franchisees, field teams, and leaders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Development to translate financial data into actionable insights and drive profitability initiatives. Strong analytical skills and Excel/BI proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or profitability.
• Strong ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze restaurant and franchisee financial performance across the LAC region.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual franchisee financial reporting processes.
• Analyze restaurant-level P&Ls and benchmark performance across franchisees and markets.
• Develop financial analyses and business insights to support franchisees and leadership.
• Prepare and present profitability reporting for regional leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate financial impact of initiatives.
