This hands-on role spends time in stores, collaborating with owners and teams to identify opportunities and boost profitability.

You will travel about 50% of the time, apply your Sign industry knowledge, manage budgets and P&L, support sales, operations and marketing, and share best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Sign industry experience or familiarity with the sign business.
• Experience reading P&L statements and budgets.
• Proven ability to drive sales, marketing and operational improvements.

• Visit Signarama franchise locations to observe operations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with owners and teams on sales, operations, marketing, staffing and profitability.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis using financial data.
