Job summary

United Franchise Group, headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, seeks an Operations Advisor to train and support franchisees in the assigned region while driving profitability and helping launches. You’ll travel 70-80% of the time and ensure alignment with brand standards.

You’ll collaborate with franchisees and the Operations Manager to execute startup programs, provide ongoing operations guidance, and monitor store performance across new openings and existing locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 2–4 years related experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
• Experience with POS software and driving needs.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Implement franchise store startup program, including training and marketing assessments.
• Maintain knowledge in operations and training.
• Coordinate with franchise owner pre-opening, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Communicate milestones and potential delays with the Operations Manager.
• Visit stores regularly and support underperforming locations.
• Develop action plans to address deficiencies and ensure brand standards.
