United Franchise Group is seeking a Business Advisor / Field Support Specialist to work with Signarama franchise owners in your territory. This hands-on role involves visiting stores, coaching owners, and driving profitability through regional support.

You will travel about 50% of the time, provide guidance on marketing, operations, and technology, and share best practices across locations to help franchises grow responsibly.

Qualifications

• Sign industry experience is important.
• Understand the sign business and industry challenges.
• Previous roles such as Business Advisor or Operations Manager are a plus.
• Franchise experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Visit franchise locations to understand what's working and opportunities to improve.
• Work with owners on sales, operations, marketing, staffing, and profitability.
• Use P&Ls and financial information to identify opportunities for growth.
• Help franchisees set goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Provide guidance on marketing programs, training, technology, and best practices.
• Help troubleshoot operational and technical challenges.
• Share ideas and successful practices from other Signarama locations.
• Work closely with the corporate team to provide support and resources.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with franchise owners and their teams.
• Celebrate successes and help work through challenges that come with running a business.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time within the territory.
