Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and/or licensing matters.
• Franchise experience is preferred, but not required.
• This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic credentials, detail oriented and writing skills are essential.
• Must be admitted to the Colorado Bar or eligible for admission to the Colorado Bar.

Responsibilities

• Associates work on sophisticated transactional matters, including franchise program development, regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, international expansion strategies, and franchise-related mergers and acquisitions.
• The practice serves clients across numerous industries and jurisdictions, offering significant opportunities for direct client contact and exposure to complex transactions.
