Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a Mid-Level Associate to join the Franchise & Distribution Practice in multiple offices, including Miami, to handle sophisticated transactional matters. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, or licensing, with franchise exposure preferred.

The Expected Pay Range for this position is $215,000 to $265,000 per year, with a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in M&A, general corporate and/or licensing matters.
• Franchise experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated transactional matters including franchise program development, regulatory compliance, and licensing agreements.
• Support international expansion strategies and franchise-related mergers & acquisitions.
• Contribute to a fast-paced team handling high-responsibility workload.
