Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a Mid-Level Associate to join its Franchise and Distribution Practice across its Aspen, Denver, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, Washington DC, Minneapolis, or New Jersey offices. The role offers a robust platform for sophisticated transactional work and competitive compensation.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and/or licensing matters; franchise experience is preferred but not required.

Practice Description

The Franchise & Distribution Practice at Greenberg Traurig advises leading and emerging brands on the development, expansion, and operation of franchise, licensing, and distribution networks in the United States and around the world. Associates work on sophisticated transactional matters, including franchise program development, regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, international expansion strategies, and franchise-related mergers and acquisitions. The practice serves clients across numerous industries and jurisdictions, offering significant opportunities for direct client contact and exposure to complex transactions.

The Expected Pay Range For This Position Is

$215,000 to $265,000 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
