Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and licensing matters, with a preference for franchise experience. Strong writing and interpersonal skills, maturity, and a willingness to accept responsibility are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and/or licensing matters.
• Franchise experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and willingness to assume significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic credentials, detail oriented and writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated transactional matters including franchise program development, regulatory compliance, commercial agreements.
• Support international expansion strategies and franchise-related mergers and acquisitions.
