Associates work on sophisticated transactional matters, including franchise program development, regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, international expansion strategies, and franchise-related mergers and acquisitions. The practice serves clients across numerous industries and jurisdictions, offering significant opportunities for direct client contact and exposure to complex transactions.The expected pay range for this position is:$215,000 to $265,000 per yearActual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
