Home Franchise Concepts is seeking a driven Franchise Development Advisor to guide candidates through the entire sales process, building relationships with broker networks and funding partners while representing our portfolio at select events. The role focuses on expanding multiple home services brands and creating a premier candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in franchise development or consultative B2B sales.
• Familiarity with franchise broker networks and candidate management best practices.
• Knowledge of franchise development, FDDs, and operational practices.
• Strong consultative sales skills with ability to build rapport and close.
• Strong presentation skills in virtual and in-person settings.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Office365, and Zoom.
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect to build sales pipeline via calls, emails, text, and networking.
• Manage franchise candidates through discovery process to onboarding.
• Qualify leads and guide candidates through discovery, education, validation, and closing.
• Maintain updates in Salesforce and Office365.
• Engage broker networks (FranChoice, Entrepreneur Source, FranNet, IFPG, FranServe, etc.).
• Present brands at webinars and broker conferences.
• Travel to broker events and site visits as needed.
