Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to build and grow relationships with franchise dealership partners across the assigned territory. You will identify, prospect, and onboard qualified dealer accounts while delivering compelling financing solutions.

You will train dealer staff on products, conduct in-person visits, deliver presentations, and relentlessly pursue new business opportunities, all while representing the Westlake Financial brand with exceptional service.

• Confident presenting and selling to dealership owners, General Managers, and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with franchise dealership partners in the assigned territory.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire qualified franchise dealer accounts.
• Consult with dealer partners to increase loan volume and improve business performance.
• Train dealership personnel on Westlake Financial products, programs, processes, and funding requirements.
• Conduct in-person dealership visits and phone communication.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to dealership management.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and business-development opportunities.
• Provide creative financing solutions, including rehashing and restructuring vehicle loans.
• Educate dealer partners on documentation and verification requirements.
• Monitor account performance and improve production, profitability, and dealer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products, sales tools, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Participate in dealership meetings, seminars, trade shows, marketing events, and other business-development activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Westlake Financial brand professionally
