Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to draft and manage franchise-related development documents, support franchise agreements, and ensure accurate, timely processing of transactions.

The role emphasizes attention to franchise law, policies, and disclosure requirements within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a 4-year degree (English or Law preferred), 1–2 years in franchising or contracts administration, and possibly a paralegal

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (English or Law degrees preferred)
  • Preferred 1–2 years of work experience in franchising and/or contracts administration
  • Paralegal Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurately draft all required transaction documents for new development, upcoming openings, transfers, amendments, and/or terminations in accordance to franchise law and Inspire policies
  • Assist with the administration of all aspects of the franchise related development and franchise agreements and franchise disclosure requirements
  • Update all contract related information into applicable databases
  • Support cross-functional team members
  • Complete a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment ensuring delivery to the franchisee or company representative, receiving sign/returned documents, reviewing for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring enclosure of all funds due
  • Other tasks as required to support domestic franchise development
