Job summary

European Wax Center in Plano, TX is seeking a Paralegal to support the legal team with contracts, franchise documents, and corporate filings. You will manage document intake, due diligence, vendor and stakeholder coordination, and leverage AI tools to streamline processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have experience with franchise agreements, development and transfer agreements, and renewals, plus assisting with Franchise Disclosure Documents and regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience providing administrative or operational support to attorneys
• Franchise experience is strongly preferred
• Prior experience drafting form agreements, contracts, and other legal documents is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with franchise lifecycle tasks including preparation and processing of franchise, development, transfer, and renewal agreements
• Collect required documentation for franchise applications and review financial docs for minimum requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding status of franchise sales, transfers, and renewals
• Assist with the preparation and filing of Franchise Disclosure Documents and regulatory filings
• Support corporate acquisitions through due diligence, agreements, and closing logistics
• Draft and maintain form agreements and boilerplate provisions and summarize contractual terms
