Job summary

European Wax Center in Plano, TX is looking for a Paralegal to support our legal team with franchise and corporate matters. You will manage contracts, prepare documents, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on acquisitions, filings, and registrations.

You will also help with franchise agreements, due diligence, and corporate governance while leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and standardize processes. Prior franchise experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; two years of attorney support experience recommended.
• Franchise experience preferred but not required.
• Experience drafting form agreements and contracts is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and meticulous detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with franchise agreements, development, transfer, and renewal documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on franchise sales, transfers, and renewals.
• Prepare and file the Franchise Disclosure Document with regulators.
• Support corporate acquisitions, due diligence, and closing logistics.
• Assist with contract approval, management, and boilerplate provisions.
• Use AI tools to organize content and improve workflows.
