Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to work closely with franchisees across geographies, strengthening culture through relationships and clear communication while driving new center development and adherence to brand standards.

You will analyze franchise performance, lead quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with Legal and BD teams on renewals, with national travel 50-75% and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a franchise organization supporting unit growth.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of revenue and profitability growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor to franchisees in assigned geographies and share best practices.
• Drive franchise development goals and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Analyze franchise P&L statements to identify key profitability drivers.
• Collaborate with Legal and Business Development on renewal discussions.
• Travel nationally 50–75%.
