Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• General experience and comfort with legal matters and documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while balancing team and individual responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Administer enforcement of franchise agreements and issue notices of non-compliance.
• Ensure compliance with state franchise relationship laws affecting default and termination notification requirements.
• Coordinate renewal processes and review leases to ensure fully executed renewals.
• Support in-house and outside counsel with documents related to franchise matters and litigation.
• Manage special projects related to franchise matters as they arise.
