Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking a Paralegal with heavy franchise experience to support our franchise operations. You will handle franchise agreements, FDDs, and state registrations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across multiple states.

You will collaborate with Legal, Franchise Operations, Development, and Finance to manage the full franchise lifecycle—from disclosures and execution through renewals, transfers, and terminations—while maintaining organized records and templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field; equivalent experience allowed.
• 5+ years as a paralegal or legal support in franchising.
• Extensive experience with FDDs, franchise agreements, and state registrations.
• Strong contract administration, document management, and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate franchise agreements and related documents.
• Draft transfers, assignments, and consents; coordinate execution.
• Manage FDD updates and state registrations; track deadlines.
• Support franchise lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and terminations.
• Maintain organized franchise records and document templates.
