This popular, rapidly growing fast casual beverage concept is looking for a hungry and driven Franchise Business Consultant.

Based in Wilmington, NC, this 4-store popular beverage concept will be rapidly expanding in NC, SC, and beyond.

The FBC is a pillar for our Franchise Partners during onboarding & build-out. This person is their “go-to” and coach from onboarding to the open sign. Our Project Manager must have a positive mindset and be willing to help Franchise Partners overcome any hurdles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Project Management Portal.
• Review site selection, LOI stage, and locations under construction.
• Assist Franchisees and GCs to ensure brand standards are met during build-out.
• Update the progress report after 6 months to reflect new strategies for franchisee success.
• Coordinate build-out activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate project issues directly to the CEO & COO.
• Review construction documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Review bid results, specifications, test and progress reports.
• Verify permitting requirements.
• Prepare weekly project status reports.
• Identify and resolve project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or qualifications.
• Represent the company in project meetings.
• Develop relationships with Franchisees and vendors for new opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant franchise relations/support.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willing to travel.
• On call for Franchisees unless on paid time off.

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
• Bonus opportunity as the business expands.
