Role Overview

The Franchise Business Consultant is responsible for driving regional operations initiatives and achieving results to impact the long-term success of Franchise Partners.

Essential Functions
  1. Achieve financial and operational results through effective oversight of regional programs and initiatives.
  2. Meet business plan objectives and profitability targets via budget management and financial goals.
  3. Conduct targeted Can visits and provide exemplary business consulting to Franchise Partners.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, marketing, purchasing, and training to launch and achieve operational goals.
  5. Lead all New Can Openings in the assigned territory, including orientation and adherence to operational policies.
  6. Work with Franchise Partners to create action plans and report KPIs to monitor performance.
  7. Enforce operational procedures, policies, and compliance with the Operations Manual.
  8. Provide leadership and support to Franchise Partners and Can Management Teams.
  9. Launch new operational programs, food products, promotional items, equipment, and technology as per the marketing calendar.
  10. Represent company operations on various committees as needed.
  11. Assist on-site trainers with New Can Openings for new franchisees.
  12. Perform additional responsibilities to support business priorities and organizational goals.
Work Experience
  • 5-7 years in restaurant or franchise operations.
  • Experience in quick service, multi-unit franchise operations, or hospitality industry.
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and influence skills.
  • Financial acumen, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop, and achieve results with Franchise Partners.
  • Flexibility and urgency in prioritizing projects.
  • High drive with a track record of success.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
Travel Requirement
  • Up to 75% travel expected.
