Job summary

Responsibilities include posting transactions, reconciling accounts, generating financial statements, processing payroll, and preparing tax forms such as 1099s and W-2s. You will communicate with clients and vendors and support client growth opportunities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with Xero accounting software.
• 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Post financial transactions into subsidiary books and general ledgers.
• Reconcile and balance accounts.
• Generate and analyze financial statements.
• Prepare and process payroll.
• Generate 1099s and W2s and calculate and prepare tax statements.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, vendors and banking contacts.
• Assist in client retention and client growth opportunities.
