Ian's Pizza is a local, fast-paced restaurant renowned for handcrafted pies and a fun, inclusive crew. We’re hiring across roles from Front of House to Kitchen, with a focus on reliable teamwork and exceptional guest experience.

You’ll join a team that pays guaranteed minimum hourly wages for tipped roles, offers health insurance, PTO from day one, and a retirement match. Expect flexible schedules and plenty of free pizza as part of the perks.

• Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly for Servers and up to 50lbs for all other positions.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, sling slices, mix salads, and work the register as Server.
• Stretch, toss, top, and bake pizzas as Cook.
• Mix, weigh, and form dough and shred cheeses as part of Prep team.
• Keep your area clean and well-stocked; assist with shift checklists.

About the Team

Choose your own adventure! Depending on the position you're interested in, you might stretch, toss, top, and bake pizzas as a Cook; greet customers, sling slices, mix salads, and work the register as a Server; or mix, weigh, and form dough and shred cheeses as part of our Prep team. You'll also keep your area clean and well-stocked, work with the team to complete shift checklists, and you'll pitch in where needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

Scheduling

We're open daily from 11am-2:30am! Some general shift times include, but are not limited to: lunch (10am-4pm), dinner (4/5pm-10pm), and late-night (10pm-4:15am).

Late-night shifts (10pm-4:15am) are required once per week. If you are looking to work the late night shifts between Sunday-Thursday, two late night shifts per week is preferred.

The action happens on evenings and weekends! The ovens are roaring, the line's bumping, and the energy's high. We'll need you in the mix.

*Your hourly earnings are guaranteed! If your base pay, after-10pm bonus, reimbursement per delivery run (for drivers), and tips total less than the guaranteed minimum during a two-week pay period, Ian's covers the difference. You'll never earn less than your guaranteed minimum wage.
