Ian's Pizza Madison is hiring for a Server position in Madison, WI. You will greet customers, sling slices, mix salads, and handle the register in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

$16-$21/hour to sling slices! Ian's Pizza is a local shop serving up funky, handcrafted pies, and we're looking for great people to join the crew.

Server Position

In the Front of House, you'll greet customers, sling slices, mix salads, and work the register. Great customer service is at the heart of everything we do, so bringing good vibes and making someone's day is all part of the job! You'll also keep your area clean and well-stocked, work with the team to complete shift checklists, and you'll pitch in where needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

No experience required, though previous customer service or food service experience is a huge plus. We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for promotion.

• Able to work with common allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
• Comfortable working in loud, fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).

Server Scheduling

We're open daily from 11am-2:30am! Some typical server shifts include, but are not limited to: lunch (10am-4pm), dinner (4/5pm-10pm), and late-night (10pm-4:15am).

Late-night shifts (10pm-4:15am) are required once per week. If you are looking to work the late night shifts between Sunday-Thursday, two late night shifts per week is preferred.

Must be in Madison for Winter Break! Part-time or full-time hours are available.

We're located at 319 N Frances St, Madison, WI 53703.

• Your hourly earnings are guaranteed! If your base pay, after-10pm bonus, and tips total less than the guaranteed minimum during a two-week pay period, Ian's covers the difference. You'll never earn less than your guaranteed minimum wage.

Salary: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
