Job summary

Bollinger Construction Inc. is seeking a Framing Superintendent for multi-family wood framing projects in Northern Virginia and Richmond. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership and daily supervision of framing crews to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate subcontractors, review drawings, and maintain strong communication with the Project Manager while upholding company standards. OSHA 30 and Procore experience are valued, with bilingual candidates a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of wood framing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead foreman experience preferred.
• Experience framing 4-5 story multi-family buildings with podium preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specs.
• OSHA/MOSH/VOSH safety knowledge; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all daily framing and window/door/WRB operations on the project.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractor crews to align with schedule and milestones.
• Inspect framing daily to ensure quality and compliance with drawings and specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site; promote safety culture.
• Submit accurate daily reports and maintain project communications.
• Coordinate with other trades to minimize conflicts and delays.
