Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a store team member in Uniontown, PA to build customer relationships and assist customers with framing needs. You will help shoppers find products, provide solutions, and uphold a clean, well-merchandised store environment.

The role involves assisting with framing orders, operating the cash register, stocking duties, and contributing to Omni-channel processes while adhering to SOPs. Evening and weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• The job requires basic computer skills and basic measuring skills; ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred; experience selling products and/or services to customers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute policies and standards.
• Embrace and execute personal designer using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; keep store well merchandised and in-stock.
