Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. UNIONTOWN store is seeking a friendly Customer Assistant to help customers choose framing solutions, assist with orders, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised shop.

You'll follow SOPs, operate the cash register, assist with stocking and omni-channel processes, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships by providing framing solutions.
• Assist customers in locating products and making selections.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Support Omni channel processes.
