The Michaels Companies Inc. in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking a Framing Associate to support customers and keep the frame shop well merchandised. You will complete framing orders with accuracy and on time, operate the cash register, and assist with Omni channel processes while delivering friendly service.

Ideal candidates have basic computer and measuring skills, plus retail or framing experience, and must be able to work nights, weekends and early mornings in a public retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and experience selling products/services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance and standards.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store operations.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
