Job summary

Michaels in Seattle is seeking a Retail Framing Associate to deliver friendly customer service, create Custom Framing solutions, and process framing orders with quality and timeliness. The role supports Omni channel processes and maintains the framing department to ensure in-stock, well-merchandised conditions.

Candidates should have basic computer and measuring skills, and be able to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter. Retail experience and strong customer focus are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Provide friendly customer service; help customers find products and create framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time; maintain ready-made frame dept and stock.
• Assist with Omni channel processes; support shrink and safety programs.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to SOPs; acknowledge customers and provide solutions.
