Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Framing Associate in a busy store environment in Bellevue, WA. You will help customers create custom framing solutions, process framing orders, and maintain a well-stocked, organized shop floor.

Expect to deliver friendly service, use framing equipment, and assist with Omni channel processes, with emphasis on accuracy and timely order completion.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter is needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Assist customers with custom framing solutions and complete framing orders on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Support Omni channel processes.
