• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Follow SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with customers in a positive, respectful manner.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Acknowledge customers and provide solutions; assist with Omni channel processes.
