Job summary

Michaels in Lewisville, TX is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist customers, perform framing services, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

You will work in the frame shop, handle framing orders, operate the cash register, and participate in Omni-channel processes, with shifts including nights, weekends, and early mornings. Prior retail or framing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred for customer service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements; execute Company policies.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions and deliver sales targets.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas including replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products; keep store well merchandised and in stock.
• Follow SOPs and Company programs; support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact professionally with others and maintain positive company image.
• Assist with truck unload and stocking processes to meet standards and budgets.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Acknowledge customers, locate products and provide solutions.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
