Michaels is hiring at the Fort Collins, CO store to build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions while ensuring a safe, clean shop environment. You will handle framing orders, assist teammates, and deliver strong sales and production results.

The role requires basic computer skills, framing equipment operation, and retail experience. Expect to work in a busy, climate-controlled public store with nights, weekends, and early mornings required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements; execute company policies.
• Build relationships with customers and provide custom framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Lead in the absence of the Framing Manager.
• Assist and train other team members.
• Support and drive KPI achievement.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain ready-made frame department and other areas.
• Provide friendly customer service and a well merchandised store.
• Handle cash and provide fast checkout while following cash handling standards.
