Job summary

Michaels Stores in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring for a framing associate to build customer relationships and deliver customized framing solutions. You will greet customers, help locate products, and process framing orders while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Provide friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they need; keep store well merchandised and in-stock.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and cash handling.
