The Michaels Companies, Inc. Missouri City, TX is seeking a Store Associate to help customers find framing solutions and maintain a clean, inviting environment. You will process sales, assist with framing orders, stock shelves, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, following SOPs, supporting Omni-channel processes, and upholding safety and shrink programs while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualificações

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Experience using framing equipment and a glass cutter is preferred but not required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in finding products and solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain framing department and stock levels.
• Operate the cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Support Omni-channel processes.
• Deliver friendly customer service in-store.
