Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate to support framing projects, assist customers, and help run daily store operations. You will operate the cash register, help customers find products, and ensure a well merchandised, in-stock environment.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders with quality, following SOPs, and assisting with omni-channel processes. The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, and retail experience is preferred. Hours may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and standards.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time; operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
