You will plan workloads with the Store Manager, lead selling behaviors, manage inventory and safety programs, and support with interviewing, onboarding and training of new team members while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and drive custom framing sales.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to meet deadlines for framing projects.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs as assigned.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in interviewing, onboarding and training of new team members.
