• Lead and coach a framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing on time.
• Drive custom framing sales and customer relationships.
• Assist Store Manager with SOPs, policy adherence, and staffing.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to meet KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, training, and performance management of team members.
• Support Omni-channel processes.
