Michaels is seeking a Store Lead in Alameda, CA to guide a framing team in delivering custom framing solutions and building customer relationships. You will drive sales, plan workloads with the Store Manager, and ensure high standards of service and store operations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, interviewing and onboarding, managing inventory and safety, and leading by example as MOD. Retail leadership and framing experience are valued for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience and experience leading a sales team are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a framing team to build customer relationships and deliver framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and ensure on-time delivery of solutions.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team members.
• Oversee SOP compliance, inventory, shrink and safety programs, and store operations.
