Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Leader in Wilmington, DE to lead a team of framers, drive custom framing sales, and deliver memorable framing solutions to customers. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure safety and SOP compliance in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires previous framing and retail leadership experience, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving KPI targets. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are included in the work schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Manage inventory and shrink/safety programs and ensure SOP compliance.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
