Responsibilities

• Coordinate framing installations (doors/windows, siding, insulation, drywall, trim) and crews.
• Recruit licensed subcontractors and ensure insurance.
• Budget labor costs and schedule
• Draft job scopes and timelines
• Daily on-site quality and schedule checks
• Daily safety inspections
• Ensure contract compliance
• Prepare daily reports and diaries
