Job summary

ODC Construction is seeking a Framing Laborer to support day-to-day framing operations on residential and multi-family projects. You will help with walls, floors, and roof systems, measure and cut lumber, and ensure safety and organization on-site.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction and installation of framing components (walls, floors, roofs).
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber with hand/power tools.
• Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools on-site.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE rules.
• Support framing crew and supervisor with tasks as needed.
