Job summary

ODC Construction, LLC is seeking a Framing Construction Crew Leader to manage on-site framing crews and ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project execution. The role reports to the Director of Construction and requires hands-on framing experience and strong leadership to direct a crew across daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will drive adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards while coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to maintain progress and quality.
