Job summary

Plaintalentconnection is seeking a dependable member for our framing crew to safely transport crew members, tools, and materials to job sites and to work with the team on exterior construction projects. If you enjoy outdoor work, staying active, and learning valuable trade skills, we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for loading and unloading tools, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe site, and following safety standards to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Able to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather.
• Comfortable on ladders and at heights.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Construction experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport crew members, tools, and materials to and from job sites.
• Installation of wood framing construction.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Follow company safety standards and procedures.
• Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule.
