ODC Construction LLC is seeking a Framing Laborer to support day-to-day framing operations across residential and multi-family projects in Orlando, FL. You will help install walls, floors and roof systems, measure, cut and assemble lumber, and maintain a safe, organized work site.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and ability to drive pickup trucks or larger service vehicles.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with framing components—walls, floors, and roof systems.
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber using hand/power tools.
• Load/unload and distribute materials on-site.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Support crew and supervisor with additional tasks.
