Job summary

ODC Construction LLC is seeking a Framing Laborer to support day-to-day framing operations across residential and multi-family projects. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timeliness, with a strong work ethic and team orientation. Travel between job sites is possible, and the candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction and installation of framing components (walls, floors, roofs).
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other building materials with hand/power tools.
• Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools on-site.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Support framing crew and supervisor with additional tasks as needed.
