Job summary

Lou Riddle Construction is seeking a Framing Foreman/Project Manager with a path to equity ownership in San Diego County. The role blends hands-on framing leadership with business oversight, offering potential equity tied to performance and company growth.

You will oversee end-to-end framing, manage a field crew, and participate in estimating, bidding, billing, payroll, and insurance operations while coordinating with owners, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors on high-end

Qualifications

• Experience in general carpentry and residential framing is required.
• Ability to read architectural/structural plans.
• Must own and maintain essential tools of a journeyman carpenter.
• Must have valid driver’s license and a reliable truck.
• Willingness to complete OSHA 10 training prior to employment.
• Must commute to worksites in northern San Diego County daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end framing of residential buildings.
• Manage a team of framing laborers, journeymen, and foremen.
• Estimate and bid projects.
• Oversee billing, payroll, and insurance operations.
• Communicate with owners, general contractors, engineers, interior designers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety and quality on site.
