Job summary

Leola Construction is seeking a Superintendent/Framing Foreman to lead framing crews on residential and commercial projects. You will supervise crews, read plans, coordinate trades, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include scheduling, material coordination, and daily reporting to the Project Manager, while maintaining strong communication with inspectors and clients. A lead role with growth potential in a trusted construction team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential/commercial framing, including lead/supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of framing techniques, codes, and sequencing.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and build documents.
• Experience coordinating crews and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise framing crews and subcontractors to meet plans and schedule.
• Read blueprints and specs to guide layout and rough carpentry work.
• Oversee daily site operations, material staging, and crew scheduling.
• Conduct quality walkthroughs to ensure codes and standards are met.
• Enforce safety policies; lead toolbox talks and mitigate hazards.
• Manage framing schedule; report progress to Project Manager.
• Coordinate orders and deliveries with purchasing.
• Track labor hours and productivity; complete logs.
• Resolve field issues and plan discrepancies with teams.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training framing staff.
