Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on construction experience, framing preferred.
• 1–3+ years leading crews or foreman experience.
• Ability to read plans and translate to field execution.
• Professional communicator with crews and clients.
• Experience using construction software such as Buildertrend, Procore or Blue Beam.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crews on commercial framing projects.
• Execute daily work plans and maintain production pace.
• Read plans, layout work, and ensure field accuracy.
• Maintain job site organization, safety and professionalism.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
• Track progress and communicate updates to ownership/leadership.
• Ensure quality control and address issues early.
