Job summary

Leola Construction is seeking a Superintendent/Framing Foreman to lead and coordinate framing crews on residential and commercial projects. You will ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and schedules while maintaining safety and quality on site.

This role requires strong framing expertise, the ability to read blueprints, and proven supervisory experience. You will manage crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and uphold OSHA safety standards to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial framing.
• Experience in lead/foreman or supervisory roles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise framing crews and subcontractors to meet plans, specs, and schedule.
• Read blueprints and structural drawings to guide framing and carpentry work.
• Oversee daily site operations, material staging, crew scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct quality control walkthroughs to ensure codes and standards are met.
• Enforce safety policies; lead toolbox talks and address hazards.
