Job summary

Leola Construction is seeking a Superintendent/Framing Foreman to lead framing crews on residential and light commercial projects. You will read blueprints, schedule crews, coordinate subcontractors, and enforce safety on site.

The role combines hands-on framing with supervision, quality control, and on-time delivery within budget, reporting to the Project Manager; 5+ years framing experience required, OSHA 10/30 preferred, valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of framing experience in residential and/or commercial projects.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of framing techniques and building codes.
• Experience reading blueprints and construction documents.
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise framing crews and subcontractors to meet plans, specs, and schedule.
• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specs for layout and rough carpentry.
• Oversee daily site operations including material staging and subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct quality control to ensure framing meets codes and standards.
• Enforce safety policies and lead toolbox talks on site.
• Manage framing schedule and communicate progress to Project Manager.
