Job summary

Hill Top Craftsmen is seeking a Site Foreman to lead framing crews on commercial and residential projects in the Spokane area. In this role you’ll set the tone in the field, drive production, and ensure work meets a high standard.

You’ll read plans, lay out work, supervise safety, coordinate with subs, and communicate progress to ownership. Strong framing experience and crew leadership are essential; familiarity with Buildertrend, Blue Beam, or Procore is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on construction experience with framing
• 1–3+ years leading crews or acting as foreman
• Ability to read plans and translate them into field execution
• Strong work ethic: reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Buildertrend, Blue Beam, Procore, or similar tools is a plus
• Excellent communication with crew and clients when needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crews on commercial framing projects.
• Execute daily work plans and maintain production pace.
• Read plans and translate them into on-site layouts.
• Maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
• Track progress and report updates to ownership and leadership.
• Ensure quality control and address issues early.
